APPLICATIONS
The VAZEL Line “18” mechanical seal can be used in gear boxes, pumps and compressors. For equipment with reduced axial space and high revolutions.
MATERIALS
Stationary Face: Graphite Carbide.
Bellow: NBR (Nitrile®), FKM (Viton®), E.P.R (EPDM).
Metallic Parts: Stainless Steel 316.
Rotary Seat: Ceramic, Silicon Carbide, Tungsten Carbide, Stainless Steel, Ni-Resist.
OPERATION LIMITS
Velocity: Max 10,000 R.P.M. (Depends on the diameter of the shaft).
Pressure: 200 PSI (14Kg/cm2) (It depends on the combination of the material of the faces).
Temperature limits: -57 °C a 204 °C (Depends on the material of the elastomer).
