APPLICATIONS
The VAZEL Line “AR” mechanical seal, is used in pumps domestic and industrial, Rotary turbines and centrifugal in millimeter sizes. It works with hydraulic fluid and aqueous solutions, depending on the combination of materials.
MATERIALS
Rotary Face: Phenolic Carbon, Graphite Carbide, Silicon Carbide.
Bellow: NBR (Nitrile®), FKM (Viton®).
Metallic Parts: Stainless Steel 304
Seat: Ceramic, Sintered Silicon Carbide.
OPERATION LIMITS
Velocity: Max 3,600 R.P.M. (Depends on the diameter of the shaft).
Pressure: 75 PSI (5.3Kg/cm2) (It depends on the combination of the material of the faces).
Temperature limits: -57 °C a 204 °C (Depends on the material of the elastomer).
