APPLICATIONS
The VAZEL Line “BU06” mechanical seal, is used in industrial centrifugal pumps and turbines, compressors, mixers and similar equipment in millimeter measures.
MATERIALS
Rotary Face: Graphite Carbide.
Bellow: NBR (Nitrile), FKM (Viton®) , E.P.R (EPDM).
Metallic Parts: Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 316.
Seat: Silicon Carbide, Stainless Steel 316.
OPERATION LIMITS
Velocity: Max 3,600 R.P.M. (Depends on the diameter of the shaft).
Pressure: 230 PSI (16Kg/cm2) (It depends on the combination of the material of the faces).
Temperature limits: -57 °C a 204 °C (Depends on the material of the elastomer)
